We will remove dirt, dust and debris that construction crews leave behind, wash surfaces walls, high dust all areas removal, feather dust ceiling pipes, duct work, vents, light fixtures, stain removal, scrubbing, dusting and vacuuming of all surfaces and window trim, cleaning insides out of desks and file cabinets, sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms, scrub floors and tiles, polish stainless steel and wipe walls, floor cleaning burnishing and buffing, cleaning window sills, window frames and all blinds, window and glass cleaning including scraping and etching removal.

WHAT WE DO

We will get the work done in time and on budget for new construction, renovation, or rehabilitation projects for both commercial and residential premises. Our team will clean and prepare your jobsite as scheduled.

  • Phase One/Rough Cleaning services
    • Removal of all wood, glasses, metals and debris from interior, around exterior limits of the property. Here we can set up a recycling program to collect and distinct item by item to be placed in the dumpster. Sweep for framing inspection after electricians and plumber (Single Process).
    • Removal of debris, metal panels, glass, wood, plastic, carpets, tiles, doors, windows, bricks
    • Before or after General Contractor has finished framing, plumbing, and electrical work (dried in stage)
    • Rough cleaning, removal larger debris, trash, and boxes

This will help prepare for the incoming subcontractors for the interiors, painting, fixtures, flooring, and cabinetry.

  • Phase Two/Prep Cleaning Services
    • Removal of all demolished debris, clay tile, nails, boxes, and pallets from the perimeter of property unit. Finish rough clean (Single Process)
    • Prior to the punch list a thorough cleaning for entrances stairways, elevators and corridors and all common areas
    • All units cleaning, restrooms, sinks, toilets tubs, showers, countertops, and cabinets
    • All Removal of all Stickers from appliances, fixtures, cabinets, and windows
    • Clean baseboards, light fixtures, doorframes, interiors windows, window ledges, mirrors
    • Vacuum all areas of the floors, clean as necessary to prepare for the punch list
  • Phase Three/Final Cleaning

    Before Final inspection, Retouch Cleaning professionals will remove any debris, unwanted fixtures, panels, garbage, and trash (Mult-Process)
    • Wash interior window glass
    • Removal of all debris, cases, sweep, mop after plumbers and electricians has finish
    • Scrape and sweep for carpet pad
    • Pick up remained waste, finish grade and sweep garbage
    • Removal and clean for inspection
    • Wash fixtures, remove labels, wash sinks, bathtubs, showers, commodes, mirrors in lavatories, kitchen, and bathrooms
    • Dust cabinets, closets, base, windowsills, window and door tracks, fireplace, and outside of appliances
    • Clean counter tops
    • Sweep and mop floor tile
